Managing Director Israel & Overseas, UJA Federation of Greater Toronto

For the last four years William has been leading the strategy development and work of UJA Federation of Greater Toronto in Israel and global Jewish communities in his role of Managing Director Israel & Overseas. Before stepping into his current position, William filled several senior management positions at the British Council Israel Office and the Nalaga’at deaf-blind Center.

He completed his BA with honors from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev’s Political Science and World History departments and his MA with honors from Tel-Aviv University’s Public Policy department, specializing in conflict resolution and mediation.

 He is married to Natalie, whom with he shares two daughters and a son – Leah, Aline and Eli, is fluent in English, Hebrew and Israeli Sign Language and is a certified mediator.
