Sarah recently moved to the Twin Cities from Brooklyn, NY and is excited for the opportunity to use her community building experiences to build a strong and vibrant community here. She is a category manager at National Coop Grocers, and loves being able to influence changes in our food systems. Her favorite thing is to host meals and bring different communities together, including OneTable Shabbats for Jewish Food Professionals once things return to a new normal. During Covid, she saw the possibilities of virtual programming as one of the event producers for the global Great Big Jewish Food Fest. In her spare time, she crochets gifts for friends, and is known to bust out handmade yarmulkahs for friend's weddings.
