Limor Rubin

Limor Rubin is the Israel CEO of the Honey Foundation for Israel. Before this current position, Limor served as the Program Director of Israel-American Jewish Relations at the Ruderman Family Foundation. For over two decades, Limor has managed programs, initiatives, and organizations in civil society and philanthropy in Israel. At the Ruderman Foundation, she developed and managed the foundation’s work in the field intended to foster mutual commitment between Israel and the American Jewish community. Limor previously served as a Program Officer at the Trump Foundation, Director of the Policy and Content Department at Kesher, and Spokesperson and Head of Communication Department at Israel Women’s Network. Limor is driven by the belief that civil society, philanthropy, the business sector and the public sector in Israel have the ability and responsibility to work together to build a model of an open civil society. Limor received her BA in business from Tel Aviv University and she received her MA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in public policy. Currently, Limor is pursuing Doctoral work at the University of Haifa.
