Hi, I'm Layah! As a human, I am eternally curious. My background is in behavioral science, clinical psychotherapy and design research. I've spent the last 10 years working for organizations that promote inclusion for people with disabilities, always seeking ways to better understand the human experience and make it a more meaningful one. I believe in creating a more inclusive and authentic Jewish communal experience, where everyone has a place to belong. I love design and problem solving and often my hobbies become my work. I love to dance, write and spend time with the people I love. And even though I don't have one of my own, I really love dogs!
