She manages YALA - the young adult engagement and leadership platform of the Jewish Federations of Minneapolis and St. Paul. YALA empowers young adults as volunteers, visionaries, leaders, and philanthropists in the local and global Jewish community. Before taking this role, Emma completed her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication and a Master in Public Policy at the University of Minnesota. She lives in Minneapolis with her partner, Sami, and their dog, Bamba, and spend their time hiking, cooking Israeli food, and enjoying time with lots of family and friends.
